Warm Artichoke and Spinach Dip


This is my first time to make an artichoke and spinach dip. I love that it is made with low fat yogurt and mayo because that helps so much at cutting out unnecessary calories.


Warm Artichoke and Spinach Dip
1/2 Plain Low Fat Yogurt
1/4 Light Mayo
1/2 Parmesan Cheese
1 14oz. can Artichoke Hearts, drain and chop
1/2 Package Frozen Chopped Spinach
Black Pepper

Mix everything together in a medium mixing bowl. Make sure everything is mixed well. 
Once mixed place into a oven safe dish (I use a 8x8) and then place in the oven at 350 for 20 min.

This is a great dip that isn't as high in fat as some artichoke dips out there. I serve mine with Wheat Thins.
