Avocado Dip

This is a great dip that we usually have about one a week with dinner. It isn't hard at all!!

Avocado Dip
3 freash avocado
2 juicy limes or lemons
1-2 small-medium tomatoes
Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning (you decide how much)
Emeril's Original Essence (you decide how much)

Just cut up the avocado and place in a bowl and smash it til the chunks are small
Squeeze the fresh lime or lemon juice
Add the tomatoes
Add however much of the seasonings you like...I like things a bit on the salty side so I add more but if you just want some for taste then just add several dashes.

This is a great dip to serve at parties or just at home.
We love to also put it on our burgers or chicken sandwiches.

If you have some dip leftover here are three things to do to make sure your dip lasts till the next day...
1. save at least one of the avocado seeds and put in the bowl when done
2. squeeze some lime or lemon juice on top
3. put suran wrap over the bowl and then cover with a lid and then place in the refrigerator!

Bon Appetite

  1. This guacamole is amazing. I can testify as I had a version of it at a recent batch made by Cara. There were so many comments of praise made on it.
