Italian Salad Dressing

Since starting to read labels more and more I have found that even simple things like salad dressing has so much added stuff in it that we just don't need. So I have made my own Italian Salad dressing and it is so wonderful and fresh tasting.

Italian Salad Dressing
.5 cup oil
.5 red wine vinegar
.5 (+/-) water
1 envelope Italian Dressing
2.5-3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

Just mix everything together and chill. 
If you think there is a taste that is overwhelming then take away or add what you feel the need too.
This is just a blueprint but feel free to change to your liking. Don't be afraid to add to it either!
