This Chipotle Slaw is so good. I use this on my Fish Taco.
It can be used on Burgers as well.
Chipotle Slaw
1.5 Cup Packaged Cole Slaw
1 Lemon
1/4 cup Jalapeno Peppers
1/4 cup Spicy Ranch Dressing
Cilantro
Salt and Pepper
Mix about 1.5 cups packaged slaw, 1 lemon juiced, 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, 1/4 cup spicy ranch dressing, dash of salt and pepper, and some cilantro in a bowl.
If you want a creamery slaw add in more spicy ranch.
This sounds great. I will have to try it. I also have a great Chipotle sauce you can use on fish tacos that is outstanding. William still can't figure out why his pic won't show up but the comment thing is now working.....hey I am on twitter under Lifelivin so follow if you'd like.
