Cinnamon Rolls

Who doesn't love Cinnamon Rolls. Unlike the store bought brands of cinnamon rolls these have so much less fat and calories but they also have no hydrogenated oils or artificial ingredients. Therefore you don't have to feel guilty about eating them.

Cinnamon Rolls
Whole wheat yeast rolls
Cinnamon
Sugar
Butter

Take the whole wheat yeast rolls from previous entry and roll out in as much of a square shape as possible. (The yeast recipe will make 2 batches of cinnamon rolls)
Once rolled out take soft butter and with hands smooth over the dough
The sprinkle as much cinnamon and sugar on as you would like.
Then roll the dough and cut about 1-1.5 inches apart.
Place in a well greased pan and cook at 350 until golden brown.

This is such a great Saturday morning treat!

Bon Appetite!

  1. I read over this recipe again to make sure it was not too involved. Most others I have tried are super involved...take hours to prepare. I like this one because it is simple and doesn't take forever to do. I cannot wait to try it. Maybe tomorrow. Thanks, Cara
